I'm freakingly tired now...
The toughest nb prac EVER!!!
Maybe there will still be even tougher pracs but until now, this is the worst...
My steppins hav damn lot of problems...
I just dunno how to get it rite...
Thx Mich for explaining to me wat the coach meant when she say run 1 step before I jump...
U're the best!!! =)
N we used the 1.8litre water bottle today...
before I went to sch..
My dad was like," U sure u can finish the whole bottle?"
N we did!!!
Dennise even refilled her water bottle with another small bottle of water...
N today was quite windy!!!
I dun get why we drank so much water...
But we just did...
The training was really tiring...
Did passes...
N passes...
N more passes...
Finally...
No more passes!!!
But...
We had SPRINTING!!!
AHHHHH!!!
first, we sprint 400m...
Next, we sprint around 300m...
Then, sprint 100m(x2)...
Then jog 100m...
Lastly...
Slow jog 300m...
(Dun worry. There's no typo error. Double check alr...)
Almost died halfway...
But, of course there was a tiny break in between each run...
But not longer than 5 min i think...
Then went to eat lunch wif the netballers...
When we ask the aunty there wat type of drinks there was...
She said drinks lyk milo...
then I forgot le...
But...
She suddenly said," kong long"
Then we were lyk HUH?!
After tt, she said tt it's actually milo dino...
but she scared she pronounce wrongly...
Lol...
Then mich n I shared one milo dino...
When i reach home, I realised tt mich encouraged me earlier on for the sprinting by telling me tt we were going to drink bubble tea at queensway... (or queenstown? Dunno...)
But we totally forgot all abt it!!!
After our lunch, me, mich, karissa, jialing, dennise n vanes went to buy fbt...
So we went home after tt...
N bye bye bubble tea..
But honestly,
I didn't see any bubble tea shop in queensway(or queenstown) shopping centre...
Hehe...
N it's kinda weird why they call it a shopping centre when...
Nvm...
I'm just toking crap now...
Took the mrt home wif dennise...
She's so patient wif me!!!
I had to go to the toilet, top-up my card...
N she waited for me n said, "nvm... I'm not rushing..."
She's so sweet...=)
